Fabrication is a generic term that is often applied to all aspects of sheet plastic processing. Century Plastics has an array of equipment which enables us to fabricate plastics into a range of finished products. CNC Router
CNC routing is the ideal process for manufacturing flat panel components such as Signs, Machine guards, Machine components, and other plastic fabrication (call for more details).
Our CNC router has
- A 3 metre by 2 metre bed
- Been able to CNC our thickest material
- Our software can accept vector-formatted files.
Line Bender
Line bending can produce a number of different types of bends in plastics, by heating up one side of the material. This process can create multiple products, such as machine guards, menu holders, signs, and computer stands.
Our Line Bender can produce
- Straight bends which are produced in minutes
- There is no tolling involved
- We have a 2 meter span
Flame Polisher
Flame polishing is used to give a desirable, professional polished finish to acrylic. This technique is only used on acrylic components to create a gloss finish.
